We’re very lucky to have fantastic talented nail artists scattered throughout the Fraser Valley. When we want to really spoil ourselves, one place our team loves to visit is Socialite Nails in Crescent Beach.
Amy Nguyen has a natural eye for fashion, for the latest and greatest and her entrepreneurial spirit has always been strong. With a solid retail management and merchandise buying background, everyone assumed when Amy did finally open her own business it would be a fashion boutique. Even Amy herself thought this might be the avenue she’d pursue, but a special trip to New York sparked an idea for something different.
On a business trip to New York, the boutique-style nail salons throughout the city really caught Amy’s eye. She fell in love with the concept and immediately enrolled at Blanche McDonald when she returned home. Armed with her new skills and determination, Amy knew the suburbs were the perfect place to launch this concept. Socialite Nails opened in October 2008 and has been spoiling locals ever since with spectacular nail treatments, waxing, tinting and threading.
Socialite Nails caters to all kinds of patrons, offering regular specials for seniors and kids. Every Tuesday, from 9AM – 1PM, Moms are welcome to bring their babies/toddlers to the salon. This is a time for Mom to enjoy her nail treatments while babies & toddlers are entertained and minded… a fantastic opportunity for Mom to relax!
Men are welcome at Socialite Nails too and guys, we promise once you try it once – you will be hooked. Chandeliers aside, the dark aubergine walls and grand leather chairs are comfy and contemporary enough to not be intimidating. The mood at Socialite Nails is cool and funky, hip and stylish, yet also uber relaxing. It is spotlessly clean and the little extras are fabulous. Even a simple eyebrow threading included a soothing gel application after the procedure. Going these extra steps are highly appreciated by us!
One of the coolest things about Socialite Nails is that Amy believes they are presently the only nail salon outside of Vancouver that is offering Minx nails. These fashionable nail coverings are one of the hottest trends in Hollywood. From alligator skin to pink plaid, there are several styles to express your personality and style.

always meant to pop into this salon but haven’t yet made it. great decor, and prices too, considering the location being in the white rock/south surrey area. time to take a couple hours and get my hands and tootsies beautified, for sure.
