Spotlight: October 18, 2010 – Stella Bleu

Sunday, October 17th, 2010

A collection of beautiful, feminine things. This is how Jeannine Foley and Kelley McNamara describe their gorgeous boutique in South Surrey. Stella Bleu is located on 152nd Street and is indeed a collection of everything pretty, romantic, glamourous, flirty, lovely and feminine.

We have been visiting this charming boutique since they opened here in 2004. Their selection is always amazing and everywhere you look, you are treated to stunning displays of sparkly chandeliers, clothing, accessories, jewelry, candles, home decor and unique bits and bobs for you and your home. These two women have some seriously fabulous style!

Jeannine and Kelley pride themselves on carrying unique pieces at Stella Bleu and both agree that buying trips to New York are one of their favourite things about their business. Now in their 7th year, they also believe this is one of the reasons for Stella Bleu’s success. We have to agree – there are always rare knickknacks we find at Stella Bleu that we don’t see elsewhere.

The furniture on display at Stella Bleu is absolutely gorgeous and all of the pieces are available for purchase. Both Jeannine and Kelley refinish the antiques themselves and their style shines through in these enchanting pieces.

You will find a fantastic selection of pretty clothing with a broad spectrum of price points. They carry lines such as Rachel Mara, Tool, Kirsch, Press, Dept, MK2K, and others . There’s also stylish baby accessories, soft and gorgeous pillows and throws, Tocca candles and lotions, La Vie Parisienne jewelry and so many other unique and lovely lines.

Every year Stella Bleu closes its doors for a couple of days while they transform from Fall to Christmas. Be sure to visit their open house on November 5th and 6th, 2010 to be amongst the first to see this year’s pretty holiday treasures. We can’t wait!
