Pulse Spotlight, April 13/09 – Frugal Chic Interior Design

Monday, April 13th, 2009

Spring is here!  As many of us are starting to Spring clean our homes, the beautiful sunshine may be shedding light on the fact that it’s time for some updates.  Maybe a fresh splash of colour on your walls or exterior siding is in order, or perhaps a renovation (take advantage of that 2009 tax credit!).  The thought of simply choosing new paint colours can be a daunting task to those of us who are design-challenged, but even more intimidating is the thought of an interior design invoice! Thankfully, Elizabeth Falconer believes it doesn’t need to cost a fortune to create or update your home decor.  In fact, “maximum style with minimum expense“ is the mandate of her company, Frugal Chic Interior Design.

4Using existing furniture and accessories, or with a few economical additions, Elizabeth creates a fresh, updated look to your home.  She is also a talented colour consultant who is part of the Benjamin Moore Painting and Decorating Services Program. We called upon Frugal Chic to help us choose new paint colours. Our personalities, likes/dislikes, and plans for each room were all taken into consideration. Elizabeth was simply delightful to work with!  She really made the process fun, and her enthusiasm for a beautiful home is highly contagious!
Frugal Chic Interior Design is available for all types of design consultations: colour consulting (interior and exterior), renovations, home staging, and brand new construction of residential and commercial properties.
