If you’re like us, you love sharing food with friends and family. But if you have celiac disease, or any sort of gluten intolerance, finding a place that serves or bakes food you can enjoy can be stressful. That’s why we love these bakeries and eateries, which show food can be gluten-free and still totally delicious. This list of 5 Great Gluten Free Eateries in the Fraser Valley should help you find a place that you and your friends can all enjoy.  

The Wired Monk

If going for coffee with your friends is the thing for you, The Wired Monk has all sorts of gluten-free options for you to munch on while you visit. Provided by High Crow Bakery, the gluten-free treats cover just about every craving, including chocolate fudge cake, banana loaf, and chocolate chip cookies. Plus, you get the bonus of eating great food while drinking organic coffees. What could be better than organic coffee, gluten-free snacks and a great visit with friends?

Big Feast Bistro

If you’re in the mood for a full-size meal, it can be hard to find gluten-free options. Big Feast in Maple Ridge makes it a whole lot easier. Okay, so the gluten-free treats from O’Delish are amazing. They also offer double dark chocolate chunk, ginger molasses and white chocolate cranberry cookies. Dessert has never been so healthy, or so heavenly.     There is milsean shoppe in aldergrove (i havent checked it out yet).

    There is also merles eatery in chilliwack –havent been to this one either, but i know they do have some gluten free items.

    Don’t forget Wendel’s Bookstore and Cafe! They also sell theirbaked stuff to save-on and whole foods i think!

    Wendel’s cafe in Fort Langley also has quite a few gluten free options (including entrees and baked goods) and is one of my favourite places to eat in the Fraser Valley!

  7. Milsean is my favorite place to get a small gluten free cupcake or cookie. (I’m a celiac and they make a few desserts and lunches such as sandwhiches for us celiacs!)

    We are the newest gluten free bakery to open in the fraser valley. We are in mission bc – 9-32650 logan avenue mission bc

    We offer fresh baked bread 6 days a week, fresh cinnamon buns daily and custom cakes as well as other fresh bakery items.

    We use fresh ingredients, organic where possinle, natural sweetenes only like coconut sugar, maple ayrup and honey.

    Many of our items are vegan call if you requie further information!
